Approx 1 week before delivery our despatch department will contact you to arrange a suitable day of delivery. (please ensure we have your landline or mobile telephone)Please note we do not deliver on Saturday or Sundays or Public Holidays.
Our 2-man delivery crew takes extreme care during the delivery process, however, accidents do happen, therefore we have a strict policy in place for items delivered damaged. We must be notified in writing or by email within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept claims after this time.
We are happy to exchange or refund any item free of charge within 7 days so long as the item is returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
Please note we are not responsible for the shipping costs of items returned for refund or exchanges.
