We provide various delivery options to any UK postcode address, business or residential. Some remote areas such as Scottish Highlands & Islands, Shetland Islands may take longer. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box.

Maximum parcel dimensions for ND services are L=250cm x H=90cm x D=80cm. (Length x Width x Height). Maximum actual weight is 30Kg per parcel. Maximum parcel dimensions for ECN Parcel are L=100cm x H=50cm x D=40cm. Max actual weight permitted per parcel is 30KG per parcel. There are NO RESTRICTIONS on the number of parcels accepted per delivery address.
All prices are calculated on either the "Actual" weight or the "Volumetric" weight of your parcel, whichever is greater.

If you are looking for a premium sameday courier delivery our services by dedicated vehicle and driver provide a ‘Sameday Courier Delivery’ solution anywhere in the UK. We despatch a vehicle from our nearest courier office direct to the collection address – our courier will usually arrive at the pickup address within 30-45 minutes of your booking. We then delivery direct, door-to-door, upon completiion our customer service team will contact you to advise ‘Proof-of-Delivery’ signature.
Our ‘Premium Same-Day’ service has various vehicle options, all are dedicated vehicles and you may choose from SV (small van) or LV (large van) or XLX (extra-large-van) Delivery charges are based on the 1-way mileage from pickup to delivery and NOT WEIGHT, therefore making this solution suitable for larger consignments that are unable to be shipped by a next day parcel service. You may fill the vehicle up to it's max payload for the same cost regardless of how many boxes you wish to courier.
